  8.   ^PgUp  Scrolls to first record in the list.

  10. Scrolls to last record on screen.

  12. Scrolls to first record on screen.

  14. Add a new record.
  15.   DEL
  16. Delete the highlighted record. Highlighted record is
  17.      shown, then press enter to delete.
  18.   Enter  Change the highlighted record.
  19.   Esc
  20. Escape to Previous screen.

  23. Main Reports Help
  24. Reports can be sent to the screen (S), printer (P),
  25. or to a disk file (F).
  26.  Reports Sent to Printer/Disk 
  27. Step 1.  Reports Menu - highlight the SEND Reports Screen
  28. selection and press Enter (return).
  29. Step 2.  SEND Reports screen - Press S, P, or F and
  30. Enter (return) depending on where you want to send the report.  
  31. Step 3.  Reports Listing screen - Report names can be printed
  32. by highlighting the report and pressing F4.
  33. Report definitions are used with an optional report writer
  34. program.
  35. Reports sent to disk must have a valid DOS name.
  36. Report Definition Help
  37. Description - Type in a unique name up to 50 characters.
  38. Report Path - If the report definition is located in another
  39. subdirectory, type in path here.
  40. Report .DEF - Type in the name of the report definition file.
  41. Database Path - If the dbase definition is located in another
  42. subdirectory, type in path here.
  43. Database .DEF - Type in the name of the dbase definition file.  
  44. Reports Sent to Disk or Printer Help
  45. Reports sent to disk - A filename prompt will appear
  46. after you press F4 on the highlighted report. Type in a
  47. valid DOS name. If you wish to send it to a directory other
  48. than the current directory, type in the complete DOS path
  49. and filename ie C:\temp\report1  You must know that \temp
  50. is a valid subdirectory. Press Enter after entering filename.
  51. Reports sent to printer - A Printers prompt will appear
  52. after you press F4 on the highlighted report. Highlight the
  53. printer choice that matches your printer (or one that your
  54. printer emulates). Then press enter.
  55. Reports sent to disk must have a valid DOS name.
